Rhubarb Salad Ring

Ingredients:

• 1 package raspberry gelatin
• 1 cup boiling hot rhubarb sauce
• 1 cup cold water or pineapple juice
• 1 cup apples, chopped
• 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
• leaves of lettuce

Instructions:

Dissolve the gelatin in hor sauce then add the cold water or pineapple juice and let cool. Add the apples and nuts and pour into small ring molds. Chill until firm and unmold onto lettuce.
