Roasted Asparagus

Cut and clean asparagus. Place on a cookie sheet and toss with a little olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Line a pie tin with sliced almonds and bake for 5 minutes at 350°.

Place the roasted asparagus in a shallow serving dish, toss with a little more olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with asiago cheese and roasted almonds. Serve immediately.
