Roquefort Ring

Ingredients:

• 1/4 pound Roquefort cheese
• 1 (3oz) package cream cheese
• 1/2 point whipping cream
• 1 envelope knox gelatin
• 1/4 cup cold water

Instruction:

Combine the cheese with a pinch of salt. Dissolve the gelatin in water for 5 minutes. Heat over water and add to the cheese mixture. Whip the cream and fold into the cheese mixture. Add 1 or 2 drops of green or red food coloring and mix, then spoon into a ring mold.
