In a small bowl, combine the salmon, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add in the celery, onion, salt and pepper, then stir in the bread crumbs and egg.
Mix well, shape into a loaf and place on a greased 1 quart baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°. Spoon warm peas over the loaf and enjoy!
