Sausage-Egg Brunch Casserole

Instructions:

Line casserole pan with bread chunks. On top of bread, spread sausage. Beat eggs and milk with mustard and pour over casserole. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

Before baking, mix soup with 1/3 cup of milk and pour over casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 300° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
