Lightly grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine the onion, soup, milk, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth in texture. Pour the mixture over the potatoes, then dot with margarine. Cover and bake at 375° for an hour, then uncover and cook until lightly brown. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
