Put the potato halves into an 9-inch square pan and cover with the orange, apple and peach. In a separate pan, bring the water, honey, orange juice, pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter to a boil, the pour over the potatoes. Make a crumbly mixture out of the bread crumbs, remaining brown sugar, and remaining butter and sprinkle over the top of the potatoes. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and stick a marshmallow in the center of each potato, then bake for 10 more minutes or until the marshmallows are browned. Garnish with cherries and serve.
