Cook the noodles then drain. Thaw the shrimp soup and add the milk, salad dressing, celery and onion, mixing well. Heat in a saucepan, then add the cheese, noodles and shrimp. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove and top with chow mein noodles or potato chips, then bake for 15 additional minutes.
