Ingredients:
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 pounds shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup sharp cheese, grated
- 1 large vidalia onion, chopped
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 boxes (6oz ea) long grain rice
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
Instructions:
Cook the rice by the package directions. Melt the butter in a heavy skillet and saute the pper and onions until tender, roughly 3 to 5 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients in a casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.
