Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup (8oz) sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons pimiento, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried onion, minced
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and stir just until moistened. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan and bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until it tests done with a toothpick.
