Spaghetti Carbonara

Boil water and cook spaghetti, drain in colander and keep hot. In a 10-inch skillet with medium heat in hot oil and butter, fry bacon until crisp. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with a wire whisk, then beat in cheese and parsley. Add the hot spaghetti noodles to the mixture and toss. Add bacon and 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings, tossing to mix well. Serve immediately.
