Spinach Beef Dip

Ingredients:

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 2 (9oz ea) packages frozen creamed spinach, thawed
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/3 cup refrigerated shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Cook the beef and onion in a large skillet, stirring until the beef crumbles and is no longer pink, then drain. Stir in the cream cheese, spinach, hot sauce and nutmeg and cook over low heat, stirring often, until the cream cheese melts. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve with tortilla chips.
