Squash Casserole

Instructions:

Cook the squash with the onion according to the directions on the squash package, omitting the salt. Drain well, pressing between paper towels. Combine the squash mixture, mayonnaise, eggs, crackers, salad dressing mix and cheese in a lightly greased 2-quart shallow casserole dish. Combine the breadcrumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
