Ingredients:
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1/2 cup onion, vertically sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 6oz vermicelli or angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
- salt to taste
Instructions:
Diagonally slice the asparagus into 2-inch pieces. Stir-fry the asparagus and onion in oil until crisp-tender, roughly 5 minutes. Add the seasonings and mix well. Add the cooked pasta and mix, stir-frying until heated through.
