Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 4 medium baking potatoes
• 4oz cream cheese
• dash of pepper
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 large onion, diced
• bacon or ham

Instructions:

Wash, scrub, and bake potatoes at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until done. Take insides out of the potatoes and mix with the remaining ingredients. Top with extra cheese, crumbled bacon or ham. If cheese, return to oven to melt.
