Stuffed Green Peppers

Remove the tops and seed from the peppers. In a large kettle, bring the water to a boil and cook the peppers for 5 minutes. Remove and drain. Cook the rice according to the package directions. In a skillet, brown the beef and onion, then drain. Add the tomato sauce, herbs, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the rice. Stuff the peppers with the rice mixture. Place upright in a shallow bowl.
