Sweet and Sour Tuna

Saute the pineapple in butter for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 a cup of pineapple juice and green pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining pineapple juice then add it to the pineapple along with the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and bouillion. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add the tuna broken into large chunks and seasonings. Serve atop chinese noodles and sprinkle a few on top of the tuna.
