Ingredients:
- 2 (10oz) packages cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 buttermilk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
Instructions:
Combine the cabbage and carrot in a large bowl. Whisk together the remaining ingredients until blended, then toss with the vegetables. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
