Tasty Apple Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 stick butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup raisins
• 1 cup nuts
• 4 cups dried apples

Instructions:

Cream the butter and sugar together, then add the eggs, beating well. Sift together the flour, soda, cinnamon and salt, then add this to the creamed mixture. Add the raisins, nuts and dried apples to the mixture and fold in. Pour batter into a 9x13-inch greased and floured baking pan and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
