In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. In a small bowl, beat milk, butter and eggs. Stir into flour mixture just until it is moistened. Fold in blueberries and spoon into greased or paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin cups, filliing 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minuites or until golden brown.
