Tasty Crab Bake

Ingredients:

• 4 tablespoon butter
• 4 tablespoon flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon chicken broth powder
• 1/4 cup sweet sherry
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 - 3/4 pound crab meat
• parmesan cheese or bread crumbs

Instructions:

Melt the butter then stir in the flour. Add the milk and chicken broth and cook until the mixture becomes thick. Add the paprika, nutmeg, chicken broth powder, sherry, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the crab meat, then place in individual ramekins or one large casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese or bread crumbs, then bake for 15 minutes at 450°
