Ingredients:
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- dash onion juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- dash celery salt
- dash red pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- marinated artichoke hearts, minced
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Taste for proper flavor. Pour into wet mold and chill. Serve with layers of sliced cucumber, onion and artichoke hearts.
