Bake the pine nuts in a shallow pan at 350° for 6 to 8 minutes or until toasted, then set aside. Drain the green beans well, pressing between paper towels. Saute the garlic and italian seasoning in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 1 minute, then add the green beans and saute for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in the tomato and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in the lemon juice, salt and pepper, then spinkle with cheese and toasted pine nuts.
You can substitute walnuts for pine nuts.
