Ingredients:
- 6 large green peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons dried whole basil
Instructions:
Saute green pepper and onion in oil over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
