Turkey Apple Potpie

In a saucepan, saute the onion in butter until tender. Add the soup, turkey, apple, raisins, lemon juice, and nutmeg, mixing well. Spoon into an ungreased 11x7x2-inch baking dish. On a floured surface, roll the pastry to fit the top of the dish. Cut vents if desired, then place over the filling and flute the edges. Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes or until the crust is brown and filling is bubbly.
