Veal Chops Porcini

Soak the mushrooms in water for 20 minutes to reconstitute. Drain if necessary and set aside. Lightly flour chops, season with salt and pepper and brown in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove to a platter. Add the wine to the skillet. Deglaze and reduce until 1/2 the liquid remains. Stirr in the broth and reduce until 1/2 the liquid remains. Add the mushrooms and pork chops to the skillet. Pour lemon juice over all. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmering for 10 to 15 minutes.
