Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1lb can whole tomatoes
- 1lb can cut green beans, drained
- 1lb can kidney beans, drained
- 1lb can peas, drained
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ac'cent
Instructions:
Simmer onion, pepper, and celery in oil for 30 minutes. Add the tomatoes and beans and heat until steaming. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
