Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup celery
- 3/4 cup uncooked brown & white rice
- 1 can tomato juice (46 oz)
- 4 cups water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet basil
- 4 beef bouillion cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
Brown, cook and drain beef. Mix all ingredients, heat. Better when made the day before.
