What the Dickens?

Ingredients:

• 1 package frozen strawberries, drained
• 1/2 cup strawberry juice
• 1 (6oz) package cream cheese
• 32 large marshmallows
• 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 small carton whipping cream

Instructions:

Drain the strawberries but keep the juice. Dissolve the marshmallows in the strawberry juice. Soften the cream cheese, then stir the mayonnaise into the cream cheese. Add the pineapple and strawberries, then the dissolved marshmallows. Whip the mixture then fold in the whipping cream.

You can add dates, nuts or any additional fruit if desired.

Can be served as either a salad or a dessert. Try it with onion bread or french bread buttered with onion butter and heated in the oven!
